What can I expect my Wedding cake to cost?

Wedding cakes are each priced separately due to the many variables in flavours and design. Below is a starting indication of pricing for buttercream cakes. Florals, delivery & other design elements are in addition. 

Two tier
6" & 4" - $290+

7" & 5" - $350+

Three Tier
8" 6" 4"- $685+

9" 7" 5"- $785+

To obtain an accurate quote or book your wedding cake please shoot us an email. It's helpful to include:
-Date and contact details
-Delivery location and time (please note delivery is mandatory on all two tier + cakes)
-Items required (Cake, wedding favours, cake topper, desserts etc)
-Flavours and serves required (find these on our flavours & sizing page)
-Any design ideas (this can include inspo pictures, wedding themes or colours etc)
-Where your cake will be displayed (indoor/outdoor)

Tastings

Tasting box runs are next available April 2024- If you would like to taste before then be in touch to find which markets you can find us at with cake by the slice :) 

Currently without a store front we do cake tastings a little different. We offer cake tasting boxes at various times during the year to take home and share with your loved one(s). Please feel free to contact us to see when the next run of boxes will be. At this stage we do not offer gluten free or vegan samples in our tasting boxes. 

Wedding favours and all that jazz

Cupcakes, donuts, packaged wedding favours or maybe a croquembouche? We offer it all! Wedding cupcakes start at $4 and are priced according to design. Custom embossed cookies with your monogram or choice of message are $3.80 each, individually packaged with ribbon. We also offer individually packaged fudge or marshmallows in a variety of flavours. Macarons are a great gluten free option and can be customised to fit your dessert table or wedding theme. 

Black out dates and booking periods

We operate more days of the year than most, including some public holidays (not Xmas day sorry folks). There is a small public holiday fee on some occasions. These dates do tend to book out sooner than most so please give us an email to inquire.

The busiest time of year for us is November through till March. We recommend booking anywhere from 6-12 months in advance. This isn't to say we won't have space however, please feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do.

On the day 

Unless specified, all our cakes are served on a 30cm x 30cm square tile. Delivery is mandatory for all tiered wedding cakes, we will provide you with a quote for your delivery location. If you are wanting an option to transport out of the city, we recommend single tiers and only in ganache finish. If you are after a cake stand there are numerous hire companies, (Such as The Little Hire Co) who can offer this for you as part of your set up. 

All cakes are best enjoyed with either a margarita or glass of bubbles.
